This all comes together in a whole bag of techniques that can be used to help the client get back into the driving seat of life.
You’ve heard of role models. Well, if there is someone, somewhere, doing what you want to do, behaving in the way that you’d like to behave, being the person you’d like to be, wouldn’t it make sense to look at what that person is doing so that you could model yourself on that behaviour and end up getting the results you want.
The more clearly you know what you want, the easier it will be for you to get it. If you don’t know what you want, how can you be making progress to get somewhere.
NLP helps you to make adjustments in your life and provides opportunities to make personal changes in a way that is unlike hypnotherapy and counselling and so it is logical that I would also use NLP techniques in my practice.
